How to Clean Your Little Benny Braveheart Buffalo Soft Toy

Quick Answer

Spot clean your Little Benny Braveheart buffalo soft toy with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing to preserve the ultra-soft materials and safety-tested construction.

Step-by-Step Cleaning Guide

1. Prepare Your Supplies: Gather a clean white cloth, lukewarm water, and a drop of mild liquid soap. Avoid colored cloths that might transfer dye. White cloth prevents accidental color transfer.
2. Spot Clean Stains: Dip the cloth in soapy water, wring it until just damp, then gently dab the soiled area. Do not rub, as rubbing can mat the ultra-soft fibers. Dabbing lifts dirt without damaging the plush surface.
3. Rinse with a Damp Cloth: Use a second cloth dampened with plain water to remove any soap residue. Blot the same area until no suds remain. Leftover soap can attract more dirt over time.
4. Air Dry Completely: Place the toy in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat or sunlight. Fluff the fur gently with your fingers as it dries to restore softness. Heat can warp the toy's shape or melt synthetic fibers.
